SUMMARY:Screening of The Stars at Night at The Garden Ridge Library
DESCRIPTION:For millennia humanity has gazed up at the stars and wondered about our place in the universe. From the ancient Greek personifying the stars as Gods\, to the Aztec predicting what will come as the universe turns like clockwork; we have always been fascinated by the potential of what’s above. \nUnfortunately\, one third of humanity can no longer see the Milky Way. Light pollution has rendered it unseeable in most of the modern world. \nThe Stars At Night is a documentary that explores the night sky’s role in human civilization.  Come and watch this free screening at the Garden Ridge Library on Tuesday evening\, January 27\, 2026.
